Bielat Santore & Company Sells Dempster's Sports Pub & Restaurant, Mount Holly Township, New Jersey

FAMILY OWNED SOLD TO FAMILY OWNED
MOUNT HOLLY, N.J., Feb. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Bielat Santore & Company, Allenhurst, New Jersey, the state's premier real estate firm in the food and beverage industry has sold another Burlington County Restaurant & Bar - Dempster's Sports Pub & Restaurant, Mount Holly Township, New Jersey, has been sold according to Bielat Santore & Company's sales associate, Bob Gillis.
The family owned and operated Sports Pub has been successfully run by the Dempster family for over twenty-five years. Located right off Route 38 in the heart of Mount Holly's Central Business District, the tavern is strategically positioned in an Urban Enterprise Zone only twenty-five minutes from Philadelphia and one hour from the Jersey Shore. The spacious 5,000 square foot sports bar prides itself in supporting the Philadelphia sports scene, offering 20+ TVs for great sports viewing. It is well-known for its support of local dart, shuffleboard, cornhole and horseshoe leagues.
When it came time for the Dempster's to contemplate retirement, they contacted Bielat Santore & Company's, Bob Gillis to market the building and property which included a valuable Class "C" plenary retail consumption liquor license. Mr. Gillis was able to find the perfect buyer, another family that had been looking for an opportunity to own an Irish, sports-themed pub in the area for many months. The Gallaghers were the right family to take over the operation and the timing could not have been better. Bielat Santore & Company and Gillis managed the entire sales process; negotiating the transaction structure, preparing the letter of intent, recommending the best possible attorney to handle the transaction, setting up the financing and closing the deal.
Gallagher's Taproom, as it will now be called, will remain open for business while performing minor renovations and branding. Here's wishing continued success to another great tavern/restaurant supporting the Philly Sports Marketplace.
