Coastal Mississippi Elevates Ari Covacevich to Lead Sales & Business Development

BILOXI, Miss., April 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mississippi Gulf Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau, doing business as Coastal Mississippi, is proud to announce the promotion of Ari Covacevich to Director of Sales & Business Development.
Ari brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having served as a key member of Coastal Mississippi's sales team in her previous position as Senior Convention Sales and Development Manager. In that role, she was instrumental in securing conventions and driving group business to the region.
A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Hospitality and Business, Ari recently earned her MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her career in hospitality began with roles in catering sales at the JW Marriott New Orleans and The Inn at Ole Miss, where she built a strong foundation in service and client relations.
Outside the office, Ari enjoys quality time with her husband, Josh, and their daughter, Emma.
