LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla., March 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- With much of the United States moving to Daylight Saving time early yesterday morning, now's the "time" for a peek into how scores of clocks across Walt Disney World Resort sprang forward overnight. Disney engineers, merchandise hosts and hostesses, and other Cast Members hopped to it to ensure that clocks were properly adjusted across the four theme parks, Disney Springs and Disney resort hotels.
The Cast climbed over, around and under iconic Disney clocks, using a combination of computers, machine tools and good old-fashioned handiwork to make sure timepieces were reset before the first Guests arrived on Sunday morning.
This year that all took place under the watchful eye of the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. March 9 was the latest "very important date," and Walt Disney World guests can be sure they won't "be late...be late..." That's because twice each year, the Disney team ensures changes to and from daylight saving time are managed...well...like clockwork.
