Federal Signal Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend by 17%
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Feb. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE: FSS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of fourteen cents ($0.14) per share on its common stock. This represents an increase of $0.02 per share, or 17%, compared to the dividend declared in the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on March 27, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2025.
