This prestigious honor recognizes outstanding individuals whose dedication and contributions have profoundly shaped the food and beverage tourism industry.
Since its inception in 2021, the Food Tourism Industry Lifetime Achievement Award has been awarded only to those who have demonstrated unparalleled commitment, leadership, and influence in the field. Candidates are nominated by industry peers, and the WFTA leadership, in collaboration with select experts, carefully evaluates nominees to ensure that only the most deserving individuals are recognized.

His extensive body of work has influenced both academic scholarship and industry practice.
