BAKERSFIELD, Calif., Feb. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Bakersfield-based Mission Bank has been named the official business bank of both Kevin Harvick's Kern Raceway and the SPEARS CARS Tour West, presented by Hoosier Racing Tire, racing series.
