Summit Hotel Properties Announces 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. (NYSE: INN) (the "Company") today announced that its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held Wednesday, May 21, 2025, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The meeting will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Oceanside Fort Lauderdale Beach located at 440 Seabreeze Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316. The meeting is open to all stockholders of record as of March 5, 2025.
