Tronox Announces Appointment of Julie Beck to its Board of Directors

STAMFORD, Conn., Feb. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Tronox Holdingsplc (NYSE:TROX) ("Tronox" or the "Company"), the world's leading integrated manufacturer of titanium dioxide pigment, today announced the appointment of Julie Beck to the Board of Directors effective March 1, 2025. Ms. Beck will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. Following the appointment of Ms. Beck, the Board will be comprised of 11 directors, 7 of whom are independent.

Ms. Beck's business career spans more than 30 years. Ms. Beck was most recently Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Terex Corporation, a global industrial equipment manufacturer, from January 2022 to February 2025. Prior to Terex, from February 2016 through November 2021, Ms. Beck was Senior Vice President,CFO of Nova Chemicals. Prior to this, she spent 8 years with Joy Global in a variety of finance and operational-related senior leadership positions. Preceding her time at Joy Global, Ms. Beck held a variety of finance-related roles at Journal Register Company, Norwood Promotional Products, Temple-Inland and Rockwell Automation. A certified public accountant, Ms. Beck began her career with Deloitte & Touche.
