TWELVE DIRECTORS SLATED FOR GRAINGER'S BOARD TO BE VOTED ON AT THE COMPANY'S ANNUAL MEETING ON APRIL 30, 2025
CHICAGO, Feb. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Grainger (NYSE: GWW) today announced that the Board of Directors has selected a slate of nominees to serve for the 2025-2026 period. The 12 candidates, all current Board members, to be voted on at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders are:

After 19 years of service, Stuart L. Levenick will not stand for re-election. Mr. Levenick has been a Board member since 2005 and served as a member of the Audit Committee and Board Affairs and Nominating Committee, as well as the Lead Director.
